The infamous Central Valley fog has descended on Fresno during the evening of January 1, 1981 as F40PHR 231 departs with a train full of weary passengers headed home after a New Years Eve of partying. These patrons, however, have no worries as they settle into their warm coach seats for a smooth ride home.
