Fresno Street Running

Street Running in Fresno! A single coach and Amlounge car ia all that makes up Train 710 in this January 18, 1981 view. San Joaquin service now featured two roundtrips a day, the second being added on February 3, 1980. Often the second train would be a shortie, like today's. The Fresno station was one of the first to recieve funds for improvements due to the high passenger loads generated by the second largest city in the San Joaquin Valley.
